Red Lobster Placemats

Several months ago I ordered 12 different placemats, none of which was the Red Lobster. They arrived on time and I would have been very happy except one of them, my favorite Turtle, was substituted with a different one. I contacted the Fishaye and asked about it and was promised to be sent the Turtle when available. Never heard from them until recently when I was informed that a shipment of placemats with my old order number was coming. I emailed back disputing this duplicate order. Never got the shipment nor any response. The placemats are beautiful but the customer service is totally messed up. Buy the placemats in the store or be prepared to deal with delivery issues.
